Welcome

EFCI Heart of Compassion has the mandate to see all people ministered to and taken care of in their different needs. It is purpose and aspiration of EFCI Hands of Compassion to be “the feet and hands” of the Word of God, according to Mathew 25: 35 – 40

35 For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, 36 I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me.’ 37 Then the righteous will answer him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink? 38 And when did we see you a stranger and welcome you, or naked and clothe you? 39 And when did we see you sick or in prison and visit you?’ 40 And the King will answer them, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’

Our goal is to positively impact people’s lives and uplift those who feel discouraged, hopeless, and burdened. Through our practical programs, we aim to minister, empower, and restore individuals to fulfill their God-given purpose. At EFCI, we are not just a church but a caring family dedicated to serving God’s people. With the support of our partners, sponsors, members, and leaders, we have initiated this effort to contribute to the restoration and rehabilitation of our society, addressing the prevalent social challenges we face.

EFCI- Heart of Compassion

Heart of Compassion is a ministry within Ebenezer Family Church International, which is funded mainly through donations given by church members and friends who believe in the relevancy of love in action. This ministry began as a result of the vision “to be the agents of change in our community.” Thus the HOC ministry was started in order to live out the understanding of the full gospel, with emphasis on practical help to those in need.

Matthew 25:34-40

New King James Version (NKJV)

34 ”The King will say to those on His right hand, ‘Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:

35 for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in;

36 I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.’

37 “Then the righteous will answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You drink?

38 When did we see You a stranger and take You in, or naked and clothe You? 39 Or when did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?’

40 And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did itto one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.’”
